Monaro Screens installed a fabulous built in wardrobe for me. I am very happy with the great job they did. They were very professional and great to do business with. The layout they suggested works really well and fits all of my stuff.

About a week ago, I needed a new strike plate that broke in our home. I thought Monaro Screens installed our security door, but it was another firm that actually performed the install after Allana viewed the picture of the strike plate and mentioned they do not use pop-rivets in their strike plates for security reasons. She was correct.
Despite another local firm installing our screen, she took the time and effort to actually find the lock set and strike plate in her warehouse and mentioned I could likely install this part myself - which I wound up doing in the end. What superb customer service! I was impressed and thanked her for her sage advice! Well done Monaro screens 😊.

Recently I had Monaro Screens replace the cupboard doors in two bedrooms with brand new sliding doors (enabling us to be a little more efficient with space in the room) along with some additional melamine cupboard shelving. The process was outstanding, from initial quote through to installation. All the doors are made in-house to spec and I am very glad that I chose Monaro Screens to build and install everything (as watching them do the installation, I don't think I could have easily done it myself if I had gone the DIY route!).

Additionally, a few weeks after the installation I received a lovely thank you card in the mail along with a booklet on caring for the new doors. A lovely personal customer service touch.

We had Monaro screens quote us for replacement of a 3 piece shower screen. The sales person also suggested we could have a semi frameless door instead of a 3 piece slider. We went with this semi frameless option and it looks and functions great. The work from quoting to completion took only about 2 weeks and we are very happy with Monaro Screens work.

Monaro Screens replaced an old and decrepit ensuite shower screen with a much improved modern design. The time from inspect to install was 7 days, impressive! The installer worked efficiently and left the ensuite spotless. I am well pleased with the service I received
